I could probably fit it in on a tri diet, but I've been keto since June so it's right out. I've been quite sad over this.

Coffeeneuring ride # 2 on this lovely fall day. I really need to bike to a pub soon. I may never do Paris Brest Paris but I could certainly do Pub Brewery Pub... anyway here is the proof.

Pic from about 10 years ago taken on the last day before I started my current job.

Did an all-day ramble down the lake front to enjoy my last day of freedom.

Stopped at Navy Pier for a hotdog and beer on the way back.

RobbieTunes,
I have been taking a low dose metformin tablet for the last couple of years. The side effects of this drug is cramping in the lower extremities when alcohol is consumed. I have to be very careful of beer intake because of it to avoid the cramps. Know your drug interactions... Smiles, MH

Needed to take my newly acquired Miyata 112 (AKA the trainer bike) out for a test ride so I went to the farmers market and may have stopped by the pub...

I sampled an array of imperial IPA and finished with a Coffee Stout from best of Hands Brewhouse Talk to the Night (nitro)

We got a break from heavy rains on Sunday so I took the newly acquired Trek 850 for a test ride and stopped by the Beer Junction for a festive brew

H. Bomb winter beer, coconut edition, Fremont Seattle. 4 oz pour was just right for this rich brew

I spoil myself with some outstanding beer during the holidays and have had several Avery Tweak beers as rewards after some nice rides.
Great way to relax at almost 18% ABV
