Framesets near me, Zullo and Raleigh Gran Sport
First, the Gran Sport.
In 60cm, looks in decent shape but HiTen tubeset.
But never heard of, Zullo
Also 60cm, in Reynolds 531. Also seems in mostly good shape, but there is some paint missing. Anyone have any idea of this frame?

That answers a great many questions, with more in mind.

That era Raleigh Gran Sport is ALL Hi-Ten - early 80s and not built in Nottingham. Probably takes a 25.4 mm seatpost. Unless it's cheap, or you want a beater, or you are replacing a long-lost bike of your youth, I would suggest passing on it.

I am no expert on them but I don't think I ever saw a Zullo with wrap around seat stays

I have passed along about 175 bikes. The one and only bike that I sold that I wish I had kept was a Zullo Criterium.

Giving a lot of serious thought to this frame set. Guessing the only proper way to outfit it would be Campy stuff. Guessing this would have had 700 tubular? So modern brakes would fit 700c rims?

in the only pic provided to us they looked like they wrapped around or at least went much further up the lug.

I was seriously considering getting it. But yesterday I got some medical news I didn't want. Losing part of a toe (not a diabetic issue) and my chronic ankle issue may be best solved by fusion...
So, no N+1 right now. I'm not ruling it out completely though. I'll keep my eye on the ad. The upside is, 60cm frames and bigger don't sell quickly here. 56 and 58, like hotcakes! The Zullo is 60...
