Questions about your experiences with local/online bike shop
1. Why you are doing this
This is an academic project - A responsive web design to help local businesses.
2. Your role in the survey.
I’m the UX designer
3. Approx how long will the survey take.
It will take about 20 min
4. What you plan to do with the information provided by the participants.
Analyze the behavior patterns, get a better understanding of the users’ needs, goals and frustrations.
5. What you plan to do with the results.
I will use the research findings to design a local bike shop website.
6. Agree to post the results here.

Hi! My name is Jill and I’m a UX design student. I’m doing a research study on people’s riding experiences and their experience interacting with the local bike shops and online bike shops. The Corona Virus, unfortunately, prohibited me from interviewing strangers outside. So I want to use the power of social media
