A Hardrock Swing and a Miss

I picked up a 90’ish Specialized Hardrock today. It was listed on Craigslist for $40 and I got it for $35, but wasn’t sure if it would fit me. Unfortunately, it’s way too big; I need a 16” inch frame and this one is a 20”. I’m a little disappointed, because it’s a great looking bike and it’s in pretty good shape. But, on the bright side, I get to clean it up and tune it up (which I enjoy) and pass it along to someone who needs a bike.

Great looking bike. I wish it was a little smaller.

In Seattle that Hard Rock would go for over $100 right now, nice find, In fact I saw one last week in poor neglected shape listed for $75. Hope something in your size comes up.

I like it, too bad it's too big for you...and me.
