Dud Schwalbe
In a first for me, since I usually buy Schwalbe, I received a dud Schwalbe Moto-X tyre. Distorted casing and doesn't run straight. Bought online, so they said they'll send another one with my next order, but I can't justify the postage until I get a big enough order together so I'll have to wait to replace it. Buggerit.

Every company has their duds every so often. Usually an undamaged tire with a wobbled casing isn't un ridable, although if bad enough certainly distracting. Andy

Is it too bad or only deformated because of wrong packaging? If only deformed temporarly, you may want to try to instal it to any wheel (of corresponding size) and pump it. Leave it couple of days and deflate. Check if the shape went back to normal.

Dagnabbit, they didn't put the replacement tire in with my next order. So annoying... especially since with Covid-19 the order took 6 weeks to arrive!

If nothing else, you can always use "Dud Schwalbe" as your cowboy alias.

I suggest that you contact the company by replying to the e-mail where they promised to include the replacement tire with that last shipment and demand (politely) that they ship the tire separately.

They, presumably, sent you a defective tire and are obligated to send you a replacement at no extra charge. If this is the case I wouldn't do business with that company again.

I have a schwalbe tire that simply blows off the rim once the tire is pressurized. It just has a bad kevlar bead. It happens.
