Well Christmas is near and it'd look great under the tree.

Good eye badger1, no offense taken. The pic is a little deceptive as the bike is leaning against the car at more of an angle than it seems and isn't quite square to the camera, and I was kneeling on the ground when I took the picture.

Prior to getting this bike a few weeks ago, I hadn't ridden a bicycle since the summer of 1995, so I am/was out of practice. I do have a short inseam relative to my torso. But after riding a few times I've "settled in" and come to the conclusion that I'm not getting enough leg extension so I will be raising the seat.

Recently gave my new Jamis Coda Sport its 6-week "checkup," and put some swept-back handlebars and a kickstand on it at the same time.

What do you mean by Custom? Project One?
If so, how long did you have to wait for it?
My friend's custom Trek (Project One) took three months to finish from measurement, design to delivery.

No it is not by Project One, it`s Custom by me and my Bike Dealer ;-)

I think Project One is only for Road Bikes and the Madone Series but I am not sure.

Don't remember if I posted this bike before but here it is.. very comfy. Picked up a theft recovery frame for a few bucks, then added a bunch of random stuff.

I plan to customize it.. Different paint color, different handlebars, and maybe a new seat.. Time will tell, and money haha..
Oh, and it is a Gary Fisher Zebrano.. Says steel frame so I guess 1996? LBS said it's a true Gary Fisher, before the whole Gary Fisher/Trek merger thing
.

Nice choice. I used to have a GF Aquilla, that I built up. It's your choice but I wouldn't touch the paint unless you have to. I painted mine and regretted it.

There are some scratches that I want to get rid of though.. hmm
Yeah I like it! Only got it for 175 too! Gonna buy some flat handlebars, put bar ends on em' to make it look like bullhorns(hand positions!)
I have no clue if I can change the fork, but I can it'll be on my list
New seat, new peddles, I might change all the stock parts for higher end customs.

I like that. A triple seems like overkill, even on a hybrid.

Slightly lower gearing than my road bike with 50/34 and 11-28. Got some hills around your parts? I do and I use my full range of gearing from the 34-28 gear (which is even hard in a couple of places) and the 50-11 gear going down those same hills.

These are nice bikes. I've always like the old Cannondales. They never made low end frames, the low end models had cheaper parts than the competition to compensate, but they were well curated.

Quite a few hills, as I live in mountains and at 5200 ft elevation.

I use the full range, all my gears are useful. I might go a bit lower up front though. I am not powerful and spin down hills also
