Is this trail fully rideable now? I am looking for somewhere to go this weekend to ride and was originally just going to go to Hampton NH. I haven’t been to the cape in years.

Some context: In my limited experience I've found the following, though without "adult supervision" who knows. I see that our only two adults will be wasting their weekend playing bluegrass music. Just us kids this spring. NO, Scott is not an adult!
A no drop ride. Not very fast and we watch out for each other. If someone has trouble someone or everyone helps. On the other hand if someone "throws in the towel" they tell the rest before they turn.
Dennis trail head to the Wellfleet trail head is 22.5 miles. There are 2 or 3 normal stop, regroup points. Nickerson State Park at 10 mi and Orleans village at ~ 14 miles. We stop at Orleans because the people watching is good and that water fountain works so we top up the carboys. We drop the kick stands again at the Wellfleet trail head and sit on the sunny stone benches for lunch. Several folks pack lunch, others stop at a cafe about a mile back to purchase takeout - grinders, pizza or other sandwiches or some deep fried, greasy slop that settles like a brick and they BMC about from 6 miles back, all the way to the cars.
Sometimes, folks will then ride another couple of miles to a sand dune overlook to see the North Atlantic Ocean. Or seals or killer sharks or the Loch Ness beastie or whatever I've not actually ever seen - just dogs running on the sand. Then back to Dennis with, again, stops at Orleans and Nickerson. 45 miles RT unless you explore the "new" section, as I usually so, which adds another 12 miles RT.
Lovely trail, paved all the way, easy road crossings, courteous drivers, nice people, head wind in both directions (no explaination for that). Excellent trail heads and plenty of good parking.

fwiw - I've shied away from April CCRT group rides due to weather & not knowing how I could deal with that distance, at a group's pace. June can be tricky due to blizzards of pollen making me gag the whole day. maybe I need to take a sick day, on a moderate day, in May ...

That veteran tandem team usually includes Sharon providing all the real power. Their pace is generally diminished, though, by the load of excellent gluten free cookies in the panniers, along with a picnic lunch that would please a Parisian. Not unusual for other gals to join too.
Unfortunately we cannot make the trip for two reasons. First, we have music commitments in Maine. Second (which I haven't mentioned to many folks here yet), Sharon has her wings clipped right now and won't be riding much for a while. We took a low-speed fall on Sunday, blown over by the wind I think, and she broke her arm. So you are all going to have to enjoy the day for us and (as Winston Churchill would say) report back to us that it has been done.

I don’t anticipate being available for this ride as I’m planning to do the western Kentucky/bourbon and tobacco ride that weekend. Of course, flying might be prohibited by then, which would change my status. I’ve also wanted to join you all by riding from home and heading on to P-town to catch the ferry back to a Boston though it would mean heading out really, really early.

Thanks for asking. Through the magic of medical grade screws and the chemistry of pain killers she is doing well! Now it just a matter of time, some number of weeks that will certainly be more than she'd prefer. The problem is keeping her sane until then.
We are currently examining the possibility of postponing or canceling our shows for the next month or two. We've had some good practice and chosen material which will make an interesting show with her singing but not playing. So by itself that's not why we'd cancel shows. However avoiding the spread of covid-19 seems like a good idea, especially given that much of our fan base is getting up in years. (So are we, when you get right down to it, as I turned 71 last November.) If both Maine shows for that weekend are canceled I may be able to make the ride solo.

State of MA is on a "stay at home advisory" until May 4th. Non essential businesses closed as well. Plus there's a petition on Change.org to close the canal bridges to out of staters.
