Floor Pump Made in USA
I saw this question had been asked years ago, times change. Does anyone know if there are any floor pumps Made in the USA? Please, don't ask why, isn't it obvious? Thank you!

Shortly after the brand was purchased and began operating out of Indianapolis, Silca claimed Made in the USA, using parts from the US, Italy and Taiwan. Not sure if that's still the case. If they're half as good as they used to be, they're really good. I've had mine since 1996.

Thank you Lester. I was considering on calling them to get clarification. Are you familiar the Malker pump? It is a mini pump and thought it might be a good temporary sub and if works with my bike, more permanent carry on. This is not an easy hunt but considering the pandemic, I am doing everything I can to avoid buying from China when possible. I hope people do the same worldwide to send a message that they need to play by the rules or suffer economically.

That Silca pump is $460.00 + change . I'll just make do with my old Nashbar for now.

I have some of their tools,. which are great, but no pump, but next pump I get will likely be a Silca.

I have the 1996 Pista, equivalent to the current $99 one. I found the handle awkward feeling at first, but now I like it better than the big handle one. The pista is a bit easier to throw in the car also.

$99, $149, $130...?
A couple years ago I was traveling and needed a floor pump in a pinch..ended up buying a schwinn pump from target for $17, presta, schraeder, with a dial gauge..it actually works very well. I see they are up to $20 now.
