Show us your Lemond bike!!
Lets see your Lemond bike! I'll start with one of mine that is actually functioning at the moment. This one is a 2002 Nevada City. This was the entry level Lemond at the time but came with the sweet 853 frame. The fork is chromoly. Its no feather by any means coming in at a spry 25 pounds but its smooth as can be. In its current incarnation as a speedy commuter, its kind of a parts bin, craigslist, frankenbike, but hopefully a tasteful frankenbike. And its pretty fast too. enjoy.

There is already a thread for LeMond bikes, but I will post mine again. This was my first new road bike after many years of not riding. I left it with a frienmd of mine to look after when I moved here to Canada from New Jersey....and he sold it....long story.
Anyway...here is (formerly) my 2004 Tourmalet:

I'm surprised your bike is 25 pounds. Here's my 2001 Nevada City, which weighs a bit under 21 pounds.
Granted, I've made some upgrades (mostly 6600-series Ultegra components + FSA Gossamer crank, Ultegra/A23 wheels), but I see that you've got new wheels and, if I'm not mistaken, at least a new outer chainring. The Sora crank that came with mine was God-awfully heavy, but I don't think I saved four pounds by replacing it.

This is my '02 Buenos Aires, USA made 853 with carbon fork and Ultegra drivetrain. Other bits like the wheels, which are Velocity Race w/ Aerohead/OC rims, DuraAce BB, Ritchey WCS stem, and Cinelli Neo bar are items I switched out. This is an older pic; it's currently on Michelin Pro Optimum tires and fitted with a USE Alien Ti seat post and Shimano A600 pedals. I need to update my photos!

I love this bike. Just put on this new 5800 105 groupset. I also have a Poprad converted to a flat bar commuter.

Best Craigslist deal so far. $80 and all it needed was a tube for the back tire. '07 Etape - Not my size but now both girls have +1's
