Does anyone know where I can get a replacement B tension screw for a 2005 Shimano Dura Ace rear derailleur?

Take the bike to a local ace hardware and then start trying the best screw to make it work. Eventually you will find one and it will be dirt cheap.

It's harder to find stainless steel metric screws, so you might have to settle for a black one. But once you know exactly what you need you can hunt for a stainless one on the net.
OR
Go to a bike shop where you have a relationship. They all have decent numbers of trashed derailleurs (some shops save them, some don't) where a replacement limit can be salvaged.

Is there anything special about the ones used on ca. 2005 DA RDs? I have a couple extra Shimano B-tension screws that I'm not using.

I'm guessing that Shimano uses a standard B-tension screw for all of their RDs. I'm going to check out a couple of my kids old bikes that they've abandoned to see if I can find a screw that will work. Thanks for the idea and the offer. I'll let you know.

It's an M4 x 12 screw according to the tech docs, so just buy one of these if you don't mind not getting an OEM part (Y-53M-21000)

Ace has a stainless section, and you can pick whatever length you want... even choice of head type.
