Gave up riding this morning and a couple of days more because apparently... I tore (pulled, stressed or something) my right rhomboid major, literally leading to a big know and pain in the neck (spinning on the trainer in the garage wasn't a problem tho). May have to concentrate riding in a more upright position in the future.
