Advise for frame sizing after bike fit please

Just got a fit and i was told that my stack and reach sizing are as follows:

Frame stack: 516mm
Frame Reach: 375mm

Handlebar stack: 590mm
Handlebar reach: 443mm

These came off the Retul report given to me.

Does these mean that if I want to get a frame, the stack of such frame should not exceed 516mm and reach not more than 375mm?

I am looking at Canyon Ultimates and my fitter said I should get a size xs which gets me confused.

My height is 165cm which falls under xxs in Canyon's site.
xxs: stack - 500mm / reach 368mm
xs: stack - 522mm / reach 378mm

Need some second opinions on which is the better sized frame for me.

I'd say XS also. The 522mm stack height will allow you to run minimal spacers below the stem.

thank you. so basically, i need to look for the frame closest to my stack size (lower) and then pick that size? how about the reach measurement? size xs reach is higher than what my report said. would that be alright?
