Might help if you mentioned what it is. Not all of us recognize it by that name and a Google search didn't find it.

Took the little screw out, the black plastic wiggles and is not connected to the aluminum lever. Looking at it now it's possible the spring isnt broken just that the screw wasnt holding the fixed end of the spring. Do i drive the brass bushing out to take it apart?
