Which bottom bracket do I need?
Im sill fairly new to bike mechanics so there is a lot I dont know. So please excuse the noob question.
I have a 2002 Pinarello Prince frame that I'm going to build up with a 105 group from an 09 Specialized Roubaix. The crank is an R600. So, which is the proper bottom bracket to us for this combo? It looks like the Ultegra 6600 Italian threaded would be the correct one. But I wanted to run it by you guys before I buy one to make sure I order the right part. So, do I have it right or is there another BB that is the right one for this combo?

As davidad laconically points out, R600 is a two-piece Hollowtech II crank and, technically, there is no separate bottom bracket. There are adapter/bearing pieces (items 6 to 9 in the PDF) which screw into the frame (you have a choice of English and Italian and you need Italian.)
These cups and bearings are in fact sold under the (inaccurate) name of a "bottom bracket". To my knowledge, you can use any set of bearings as long as it says "Hollowtech II", which includes 5700, 6600, 6700, 7800, 7900, and probably even 9000.
