I'm working my way through TNG for the first time. Q is a boss troll.

I love TNG, Picard is a great role model and Stewart is a great actor (especially noticeable during the 1st season while the others were still finding their stride). I also watched all of Voyager during the newborn late nights recently, but I'm not as fond of Janeway.

I'm not sure where you are in it, but the last episode of season 2 is a stinker. The writers strike and budgeting issues turned the season finale into a flashback episode. Highly suggest you skip it unless you want to see Riker being a womanizer over and over and over. ...And over.

2hrs hard tempo and some SS and a few surges over hills last night. My meter is definitely off on the low end. To go 21mph on a route that start to end for elevation gives you a 1% avg grade it seemed low.

Got a KOM I didn't know existed that was like 20min long. There's a plus, I guess.

My legs are finally coming around from being wrecked by yardwork. 3 days I couldn't do anything more than z2.

Looks like we're in the hot season now, so I'll probably do a little bit more but everything is going to die out in about 3 weeks and the soil will be too hard to work.

Forced 4 days of recovery because my bike is in the shop getting a new BB installed, and honestly I needed it. I took my wifes city / mountain bike thing to chase my kids on their go-kart around the neighborhood and my legs felt SO good. I'm ready to start the next 4 week block this weekend.

My legs were made of wood last night. I'm blaming my Tuesday ride and inadequate recovery.

I tested negative for covid, just regular old pneumonia. Hopefully start spinning again in the next week, but won't rush it.

Yesterday got a quick little ride in. Kept it fast. Super windy! Felt good to ride tempo again

Today got up early and summitted and skied a mountain (Ben Lomond) with a buddy. Not quick. 2 miles of hiking in (and out) in ski boots has my feet pretty pissed at me. Weirdly variable snow conditions on the up. We made great time in the first couple hours and then just couldn't get a rythym going to get to the summit. Transitions from skiing to booting were slow. Same going the other way.. Looking for the positive, awesome skiing on the way down! Skied some steeper bits I hadn't been on before. Stable snow and spring conditions can be fun!

Still jump on the trainer each morning, and do work outs. Fitness in TP been 90-100 for last month and a half. I don't even know why I am doing it anymore. Habit I guess.

That looks like fun. It was almost 100 here yesterday (is 97 almost 100 or is that exaggerating?)

Today is a smash day, but I'm currently working, so 2 hours later either on Zwift or TrainerRoad. If its TR, that's 4x18 at 90%.

End of the rest week. 200 tss planned this weekend.

Also bought some watts today. Aeolus Pro 5s, GP5000s, a more aero helmet, and some Shimano RC9 shoes. A new BB as well. And a used CAAD 10 to train on, and an extra set of Favero Assioma Duos to go with it. If this quarantine stuff doesn’t stop soon I might go broke haha.

Still training like a mofo - 20 hours last week, shooting for 15+ this week.

All outdoors - I have a tacx but only use it when it's dark out.

Mostly lower zones since racing won't happen for a while... but with the weather so nice and the ease of "leaving" work early how can I not put in the miles!!

It's been warm and geeting warmer. Our snow pack won't last long.

Today was an adventure! Solo adventure on one of the nicest days of the year so far. Rode from home to Snowbasin, skinned to the top. Skied my favorite run on spring snow. Got back on the bike and hustled back home. Tell ya what, riding with ~40lbs of gear in backpack makes going uphill slow and 6ft long skis makes cross winds and downhill sketchy! 2 hours up on the bike. 1.5 up on skis. About 2500Feet for each leg. Truly earning my turns!

Seems like a big drop! Have you had any bloodwork done? Especially any related to hematocrit, hemoglobin, ferritin, etc? I've had my hematocrit and vo2 checked at a lab many times and drops in hematocrit were always associated with drops in vo2 capacity. Covid 19 can definitely wreck your bloods oxygen carrying capacity, it’s worth looking at.
