Drop bar reccomendations for Tektro R200 (Cane Creek Sr-5) brake levers

Hello,
So I just switched my handlebars to the Soma Hwy One and like them a lot, except that I cannot seem to get a smooth transition to my Tektro r200 brake levers (same as cane creek sr-5). I've tried many different configurations and this is the most comfortable I have found so far (see pictures). But there is a slight drop in the transition to the levers. I could tilt the bars down more and then transition the levers up, but then the ramp is downward sloping and I don't find that comfortable.

So my main question is: has anyone found a drop bar that works well with the r200 or similar levers, where the ramp is level and there is a smooth transition between the two? I have tried the nitto noodles but I like a shorter reach. The ramps felt too long.

Maybe I just need to spend some time riding and Ill adjust to it, but I am curious if anyone has any advice or recommendations for a new bar to try. I'd like to stick with the r200 levers. Thanks!

Looks OK .. modern long body brake levers on short ramp bars..

I used short body, cable out the top brake levers on longer ramp bars..

Those levers have a nice shape in hand, but the designed angle between hood body and handlebar is not the best if looking for a flat transition. A handlebar with an even tighter bend at the end of the ramps will help some, but I'm not sure you will find any that are not oversized and I don't think anything will get you perfectly flat other than maybe a carbon bar with an actual kink at the top of the bend.
