Cable stops. That clamp on guide isn’t necessary.

As Naterberry says above.

I'll bet that it has Campagnolo sidepulls installed - or any other type of sidepull with a cable entrance on the left side - instead of the factory centerpulls.

I've seen some Carlton-built Raleighs that have both a guide and a stop in the rear , for a total of four

First braze-on is a cable guide, and the second is a cable stop. It keeps the housing nice and square against the stop, since the braze-ons are sized just small enough for a cable housing only, with no ferrules.

I used a regular ferrule into a step down. Very solid.

If you are looking for an International:
Also keep in mind there should be a cable stop bridge for the rear centerpull brakes.
Sometimes these get cut off when people go to sidepulls.
Hate seeing that.
