Appropriate cycling jerseys
Appropriate cycling jerseys. Many of our jerseys have ride based or club based themes. But there are others. I have three very appropriate jerseys:
Left: this one has been appropriate for me ever since I got it 8-10 years ago. Center: became very appropriate after being run off the road January 30. Right: appropriate for corona virus lockdowns.

I dig all of those. I really need to get that Plus 50 one. I've got a couple of Army themed jerseys that I've used a lot, finally wearing one of them out.
Mostly I just wear some cheap generic jerseys I bought off Amazon, though. The nice ones are reserved for group rides or events. The cheapo ones suffice for normally solo rides.

Business casual jersey
The vintage jersey when I'm not feeling too vintage myself.
Feeling like the 'Swiss National Champion' jersey on the Swiss Mondia
Bicycle appropriate jerseys

I have way more jerseys than regular tops. Well over 50.
About 15-20 in daily rotation at any given time.

I try to get vintage jerseys to go with my vintage bikes. I have a few others as well. I was a bit reluctant to wear these old Wool jerseys because I had heard they can be itchy and uncomfortable in the heat. I have since found that was not true , for me they are really comfortable. It is also a perfect fit. Excellent paint. Mostly original. Loves to go fast.
edit: wheelset as pictured is not with the Schwalbe tire, probably a VeloFlex.

I am running 27x1 1/4 Michelin Pro Tek clinchers. They are a bit heavy but ride very nice once seated properly. They actually measure close to 39mm , I have to deflate the rear to get it on.

My LBS wanted me to take a Pinarello Prince out today for a test spin. It was returned as being "unsafe" and he wanted to get my opinion. I wore this kit today, as it was most appropriate for the occasion. Jersey with matching bib shorts.

Don't have a pix but about 15 yrs ago on a Georgia century, there were several cyclists with Donner Pass jerseys
on the back of which " we eat the hindmost" was printed.
My jerseys are blank with no logos of any kind and mostly from the late '90s or early '00s. Unfortunately IME
jerseys rarely wear out.
