is it worth to patch a tube. if hole is right where stem valve is connects to tube
like right on it
or is tube done???

No, it is very unlikely to work. The tube is toast and should be replaced.

Stem failures can't be repaired. Now, was it caused by a puncture, or by damage during inflation? If the latter, it's worth reading up on the technique for avoiding damage to Presta stems when fitting and removing the pump head.

I've patched a hole near the valve just to get home but the patch never holds for long. Usually comes from a burred edge around the hole in the rim. Check it and deburr the edges. Sometimes just burnishing it with a rounded steel tip will do the trick, but I'll touch it up with a file or moto tool bit.

I've tried it, punching a small hole in the center of the patch and gluing it down. It didn't work! Maybe you'll have better luck.
