Gearhub Bike Picking Advice

i'm going to stick a disclaimer up here that i'm not actually asking for advice about a single speed..but i didn't know where to post this. Singlespeeds are usually closest to urban style bikes, so i stuck this here, but if you think i should goto a different subforum, tell me which one and i'll gladly repost there for advice. ^_^ thanks, Aselus.

So i've been thinking of upgrading my current commuter/urban bike to a fancier one (with a better frame), still a gearhub(alfine 8, alfine 11, roloff or p1.18[if these even exist yet]) and a gates carbon drive. But it seems in the states that's pretty hard to do so I want to know if anyone here can point me at some bikes i can pick up/buy in the states. Everything i've found (aside from the Civilian Courderoy, which is ok) seems to be in australia (https://www.cyclingtips.com.au/2012/0...t-drive-bikes/ ) or germany/uk (too far).

So what's the word on hubbed urban bikes (again if this is the wrong subforum, just tell me where to go ^_^) any recommendations on where/what i should look for/at?

any and all help/advice will be EXTREMELY appreciated.

current bike: 2012 Raleigh Cadent i8

Thanks a bunch ahead of time,
Aselus

Don't know of any bikes that come with a Rolhoff.

This bike comes with a Nexus 8 which is the little sister to the Alfine and is an excellent value.

You may do better in the commuting forum with this question, since this is a singlespeed forum and by definition hubs are geared.
