I own one, and while it sucks in terms of waste (pods), it so damn convenient if you're never going to go through a typical pot of coffee and don't have time for a "tea ceremony" just to make coffee every morning.

some people like to actually drink coffee and not coffee scented water.
i drink out of a moka pot every morning and it takes two minutes.
i wake up 2 hours before i have to leave my house.
i leave my house an hour before i have to be at work.
it takes me half an hour to get to work.
"Not enough time" is just an excuse

They don't make a reusable pod for those Keurigs? It would be a nice option for people that have them at home.

Keurigs are the worst. Aside from the aforementioned Mokka pot you could also do pour-over or French press in a matter of minutes.

You want to talk about a waste? $1 a bottle and I am hooked on some of these damn things. Second best flavor, Strawberry Lemonade taking the first.

We still can't get the good stuff in the US, but this Boston-recipe Swiss-made is still lovely stuff.

I was just going to say I hope there's nothing green in this thread today. But that is definitely the exception.

Seltzer all the way. Either Giant's house brand or Schwepps. I'm told that vodka makes for a nice mixer....

I was drinking really nasty water. I had used the bottle to spit pistachio shells in and they were garlic flavored, and the rinsing helped quite a bit but there was a hit of garlic. Luckily I have a bottle of Topo Chico left from my trip to TX. Might crack that tonight or just have some liquor of some sort at the hotel bar.

Stone IPA.
Right now, I have four different IPAs (all in cans) hiding in my kegerator. Hidden in the back is a corney keg slowly carbonating. It is a mosaic-citra homebrew 50-ish IBU and 7.6 horsepower. Think Deschutes Fresh-squeezed except with double the dry hops It will be ready by the time I get back from my canoe trip.

(last night) at our housewarming party we featured a cocktail of gin, sake, lime juice, muddled cucumber and Sriracha. Double strained and poured over ice. It was delicious.

I am drinking some buttershots mixed with a little almond milk, quite a delicious combination though I might cut back on the booze if I make it again tonight cause I gots to work tomorrow.
