This much? lol. My 198-something Bianchi Limited. All Shimano 600. Rides, shifts and brakes like buttah!

Maybe you can offset it, with some turquoise. That's a pretty cool color, I think, and should compliment celeste pretty well. (?)

At risk of being branded a heretic, any Celeste is too much for me. Never liked the color even a little bit.

...which is not to say those aren't nice bikes. I just wouldn't ride 'em.

Are you showing us your bike or do you want opinions about what can be done with the Celeste items?

Just showing it, finished up for Spring. I was just kidding with the thread title, I love Celeste and can't get enough of it. If I could find Celeste hoods for these Shimano 600 levers I would buy them.

Celeste chain (11 speed though)

KMC X11SL DLC Bianchi 11 Speed Chain

Celeste tires

Bianchi Zaffiro 700x28 Tire (100168944) at CambriaBike.com

Celeste paint pen (for details like bolt heads).

Bianchi Celeste Touch Up Pen | JE James Cycles

Then we get into the Celeste shoes and apparel.

meh, the matchy-match Celeste thing is almost always done to over-kill.

and when every single item is a slightly differ hue...that ends up looking like ass.

ruins the effect of having a unique frame color.

And I was concerned about how much red I was putting into my build. :-). Not saying that in a bad way, looks great. No valve caps in Celeste?

You can get greener tires.

For example the Origin8 Elimin8er come in green.

I really like Bianchi's in Celeste. However, a bunch of mis-matched Celeste is the worst. Contrast and complimentary colors work great but slight misses on any color look terrible. With a few exceptions it begs for black or white.

That is a lot. Is there a closer bar tape match? I guess I hadn't realized before that columbus made a tube label that was also celeste (or is that blue and my eyes are failing?).

I'm going to agree. The Michelins and the saddle really spoil it for me.

Heh... yeah, I have a number of examples of this sort of thing in photos from last year's l'Eroica CA. Any etched part of a shift lever, etc., is fair game, too.

Congrats on getting that bike all set for spring.

I only really like it on the frame. Even then it's a little painful, but in a good way, like chili that's a bit too hot.

IMO celeste frame is best with light blue cotton tape - or white cotton, and a brown or black seat.

Somewhat on topic, anyone note or have seen the 2016 Trek whatever in 'near' celeste?

As for the OP Bianchi, long as made in Italy its good with me.

Needs more Celeste. Maybe pedals, chain, stem, and the flutes of the seat post.
