2019 Trek Madone SLR vs. 2019 Specialized Venge

I'm in the market for a 2019 Trek Madone SLR or 2019 Specialized Venge Pro. What is feedback regarding the ride quality? I want a little more comfort and compliance than most aero bikes offer, but these two are the leading contenders. I just don't want the crap beat out of me by every single bump in the road around NYC. I'd LOVE to test ride one, but needing a 61 or 62cm frame, that's very unlikely!

The Madone has adjustable compliance on the top tube, so you can change it to suit your needs.

I'd LOVE to test ride, but the likelihood of finding a dealer with a 61cm Venge or 62cm Madone frame is pretty remote!!!

if you appear to be a serious buyer they may order one in for you. I know a shop here ordered a bike in for me to test ride. Granted, I ride a 56, so it’s a much more sale able size.
