Bicycle with Messed Up Logo Decal from Factory...
I recently bought a Bianchi and the bike looked great until I looked at the non-drive side's downtube...
The large BIANCHI decal is misaligned and offset on some letters
Has anything like this happened to anyone? All the other decals seem to be perfect. Is there anything I can do, or am I basically stuck with this... kind of a downer

that's pretty damn weird
if its a decal i'm sure the shop that sold you the bike can get you another one. i dont see why you would need the whole frame replaced
whats weird to me is that the decal i'm guessing comes in one entire word, so it'd be impossible to get it entirely wavy like that
unless they hand apply the words individually in italy?

I know it's a small detail, but I think it would bother me a little bit too especially if I just bought it. Call them and either have them give you monetary compensation or a replacement.

Very odd, but if it was a coin, it would be worth a fortune.

That's what you get for buying a "deal" from a guy in a van.

If you bought it new then get it resolved. I guess the decal is under clearcoat so not sure how they can fix it. A “fix” could be a discount etc.
Yes it's a tool not a jewel but one of the things you paid for was the aesthetic.

Good luck getting it resolved depending on what you decide to do.
I recently bought a Specialized Epic Expert (MTB) and the sticker says Epic Comp, the model below the Expert. But it is the correct color and correct components for the Expert. Go figure!

I can't even really find their contact info, Bianchi USA doesn't have a contact page I can find
I tried emailing them at their bianchi@bianchi.com email, do you think any Bianchi dealer/bike store will be able to help as well?

I didn't, I bought it off a person which unfortunately reduces my chances of getting any compensation
If this frame was cheaper and didn't take MONTHS of waiting to get, I probably wouldn't be as irked as I am. I think I'm more annoyed at my terrible luck than anything else

In one day, if possible.
Seriously, as others have said, do attempt to exchange the frame.

I would return it to the dealer if you bought it from one. if not your f'ed. I am sure it is a painted on decal or under clearcoat. I don't think most people are going to notice it anyway unless you point it out to them as even you didn't notice it right away.

Honest question to the OP:
Since you say you bought it from some guy and not a dealer, how are you positive it is a Bianchi at all? What I mean is, how do you know that this guy did not repaint a Schwinn varsity celeste and slap on a crooked decal.
I'm not saying this is the case, I am honestly curious.
