very doubtful it's anything related to Lotus, I am guessing but the main portion if turned 90 degrees resembles the Ciocc capital "C" with the 'spur' but absolutely nothing points to a Ciocc. And the secondary portion ('flame" or "leaf") rings no bells. Maybe could be a "C" name rather than a "U" brandname but no solid ideas. Any other pix to help with this guessing game?

internal cable routing and 2 pair water bottle mounts...would like to see more details of the lugs, bridges, BB shell but first what's going on with the fastback seat cluster? how does the pinch bolt pinch?
