Wheels..Time to do something with them

I have been collecting rims and upon occasion, wheel sets when they price is right and I think I need to have a supply available as spares.

One set, I regret buying but now think I could use them. They are set of Tom Richey wheels with 8 speed hub.

I picked these up in 2015/16 or so on a whim because of the price. Did have any use for an 8V wheel set at the time. Don't know the history or the vintage. Brake surface looks like there is plenty left. Don't have an 8V cassette..... Well wait a min. I might have a 8V DA cassette that is coming off the Pin to be replaced with a Campy Record hub with 8V on it! Don't have a RD..... Wait a min. I have a complete 740x drive train that came off the PIn! But I don't have a frame set ......Wait a min! How about the 760? Just spread it out and done!

What do you think? How about the 610 frame set that has been modified already? Hmmmmm........ I do have a pair of 700x25 Vittoria Corsa G+ sitting in a bin.......

It seems that wheels reproduce faster than bikes. Dunno why that's so though.

You could put a spacer behind a 7spd cassette
