I bought a Fuji Dynamic 12 in 1978. It was my first "decent" road bike, compared with the Huffy I rode up to that point. Wish I still had it. It would have a place in with the Lemond, Masi, and Pinarello.

I missed this article the first time around. September 2019 was when I acquired my Fuji S12-S LTD project, a 1981 model. I finished it in the spring of 2020. I had been on the lookout for a blue Fuji when I found this one. It had already been badly resprayed, so I could choose my paint color without guilt. Since some of the original components had already been swapped, I did my best to keep with the spirit.
