Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I had a post doctor's appointment butterscotch sundae with butter pecan ice cream.
It does help with the healing!

Wee hardly got any more rain in my part of town yesterday afternoon/evening. But NE Philly got pummeled.
Center city and the surrounding 'hoods often get missed. Several years ago I went to put on the Phillies and found they were in a rain delay. Huh? Did I not hear it raining? Opened the front door. Everything was bone dry and there was hardly a cloud above Fairmount.

I wont get too deep into the aesthetics debate, as my artist wife tells me my taste is awful and it's subjective anyway.

That said, I like color in bar tape. Not a huge fan of colored cages. YMMV.

Gold plate would make a nice accent.

Chacun à son goût, but my chrome lust sort of faded with the 70s. Lovely bike, though.

I'm a black bar tape kinda guy, though l do have one bike with red(peer pressure) and one with blue. I had some blue around for years, and had suddenly acquired a blue bike. I also have colorful bottle cages. I seem to prefer them. Zefal.
