Performance rollers with fans for Zwift
I currently use my 25 year old Performance rollers for my indoor workouts. They have the turbine fans off the rear drum for resistance. I have power meter pedals so the setup works nicely for Sufferfest, which has been a game changer from the days of walkman and no hr!
Sufferfest has introduced structure and has a number of race pace workouts. Getting a good baseline via their 4DP test ensures the workouts are very challenging. Zwift is interesting because I will need to get outside my comfort zone; I know I can generally survive a Sufferfest session but no guarantee in Zwift ( I think )
That said I would like to be able to use my roller setup in Zwift but don’t know how well it will translate.

JRA in Zwift, structured training, or racing? Watts are still going to be watts. Doesn't make a difference unless you can't generate peak power with rollers, or lose your balance when your avatar turns in the virtual world.
