Smart Trainer - Free App Suggestions?
Recently purchased a Wahoo Kickr and planning to get Zwift in the the winter, but don't want to pay the subscription for only once a week. Do any of you have suggestions for free Iphone Apps to do intervals?
I've downloaded Hurtsergo, which work well but only 5 different intervals that will work for some reason. The remaining interval options won't load. Also have the Wahoo app, but app is difficult to switch ERG manually.

TrainingPeaks has an article on how to import a workout into HurtsErgo. That method might be used for workouts from other sources as well:
First, export the workout in the iOS app, then select the .ERG file type and when prompted, open with the Hurts Ergo iOS App (you must download the app first for it to appear as an option to read with on the iPhone).
If you've got a PC or Mac, you could run MaximumTrainer. It links to a new site hosting 4000+ workouts. The previously mentioned Golden Cheetah runs on Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows.

thank you! I had created a ergdb account and looks like I could do what you suggested from their account, similarly to what Training Peaks. I really appreciate the info.
