Vintage track bike restorers - Cinelli re-released double straps.
According to their facebook page. They even refer explicitly to us restorers in the blurb. Look neat. Now off to the auction block for my vintage track bike

did they actually make double straps back in the day? i thought they were more of a modern thing.
