TI Reynolds 531 frame and fork decals
These are the real thing, not a reprinting or reproduction or fake. The ones that have to be rubbed into place. I assume you can find the instructions online somewhere. From the late 70's or early 80's.

An important thing to keep in mind with those multi-layer Reynolds decals: you only get one chance to apply them. If it goes on crooked, off-center, whatever, DON'T try to lift it off the frame and re-apply the decal. It will tear, guaranteed. That's the way they were designed.
So, peel off the wax-paper like backing, line it up carefully before it touches the frame and gently apply the middle of the decal to the tube. Slowly work to each side to prevent bubbles from getting caught under the decal. Small bubbles can be carefully pricked with a pin to allow the air to escape. Big ones will likely leave a wrinkle if you prick them to expel the air. So it's best to go slow and not get a bubble in the first place.
