Jerseys... Pass them forward?
I have this Raleigh jersey, early 90's vintage. I've never worn it, never will. If you would wear it, send me your address by PM and I'll send it to you.
I believe the size is "large" but I can't find that mentioned on the label. The tiles in the photo are 6" square, so you should be able to estimate the size bed on that.
But I was also thinking, we all have jerseys we'll never wear... why not post them here, clear out some closet space maybe?

You're a Good Man rhm. I might have something to give away myself.
You left out the SIZE though.

Yes we do have that "pay it forward" thread but I like the jersey-specific aspect of this, unless it starts getting way too specific and every little bit gets its own "PIF" thread. I'm going to go thru my jerseys and offer some up...later.

This one's going to Horatio.
I'm aware of the pay-it-forward thread, and have used it in the past. I just thought jerseys deserve their own thread, because we hesitate to throw them away. This one was a gift, appreciated. But it didn't seem like the right thing to wear while riding my 1974 Raleigh Professional, and I never wore it. I couldn't just put it in the bag of rags.
I look forward to seeing what becomes of this thread.

A fine idea here, @rhm.
Sugoi has minor pilling in a couple of spots, overall condition good and very wearable. Size L? Tag is cut out, but it's too big for my M-sized frame. Midweight material, good for fall if you get that season.
Voler (no longer available) was bought on eBay knowing size S wasn't gonna fit but loved the jersey and price enough to try. Ended up buying the same jersey (size M) from Voler because it's that freaking cool. Race fit, excellent condition, size S as mentioned and yes, that's a subtle houndstooth pattern you see.
Tiles are 16" for scale.

Rarely has such a potentially cool thread flamed out so quickly. Guess my two are going to the co-op.

It was claimed last night and will soon have a happy home in Wisconsin. Sugoi is still hanging around though, as no trip to the co-op has yet taken place.

I need a "new" (at least different) Peugeot jersey. I'll give it a good home if it's still available. I'm getting bored with my old checkerboard jersey.
Thanks

I've got several L's that I need to move on.
Even after 1070 miles in June, I'm not fitting into my L's. I sense congruence with that in C&V.
Good thread, good idea.
I think the photo thing may impede progress (having to load the pics elsewhere, then associated them to here).
