Need wheel advice
Ok, I'm fairly tight with my cash but am thinking of replacing stock Alex wheels on my Spec allez '04 model. What to do ?? I ride ~100 miles a week and need form and function. The Alex wheels are fine, actually replacing corroded aluminum with brass nipples and all ($60 to LBS), but the Shimano 550 loaner wheel on back looks nice so it/ set me thinking.... what is out there, anything at all in the $250-500 range or should I just stay with Alex
