Seller updated the ad so the body reads $120. It's a little more fair now, all the go and stop mechs were fleeced!

Bike shop selling French mystery frame on eBay needs help with ID. Looks to me like neither of their guesses are actually right.

Doesn't look like Mercier, Jeunet, Peugeot, Gitane, LeJeune, Motobecane, Follis ... the but the Simplex dropouts for me don't jibe with the TT and DT braze-ons. Huh.

Grab it if it fits. Sante functions well, and it's great riding bike. Picked one up for my gf's son a couple of years ago, he did the MS150 on it in comfort and style.

All Chrome Schwinn Voyager. The guy says this vintage bike is like new. He is obviously a reseller, and is asking $449. for a Schwinn with Altus derailluers.
Seems a bit high, but he says he'll entertain offers. https://boise.craigslist.org/bik/d/b...998039113.html
Thought I'd post to see what you guys thought.

Love this one. Pegoretti designed frame. Quirky-cool parts.
But... why couldn't the seller be bothered to mount the front tire?

Giordana XL Super CLASSIC!! - $500 (Amesbury)

1993 Giordana XL Super I'm guessing on the year.
I stopped riding road bikes a long time ago, and this bike is just sitting there, collecting dust...
Need a new Mountain Bike
I know its a classic, so Im throwing it out there, price is a best guess, just went by the bike blue books on the internet.....
Its in good condition, has a very small ding in top tube, shown in picture where US Ski sticker is, some scrapes here and there.
Its complete, but definitely some random parts thrown in.

Needs tires, tubes, pedals and a tuneup, pedals will be included but they are extremely old.

Cranks: New Sachs Success
Hubs: New Sachs Success
Front Der: New Sachs Success
Rear Der: Campy Athena
Rear : Mavic Reflex SUP
Front: Matrix Aurora
Brakes: Sachs New Success
Bars: Scott

Pictures tell the story, if you have any questions, please dont hesitate to ask, Im not really a roadie, so I will do my best to answer. Or if you need more pictures of anything, I can send asap.

Buy it, Buy it, Buy it!!!! As I've said before. This is the best feeling bike (my copy of this) under me out on the road of the 30 or so bikes I have. So good in fact that I hunted down another frame that is currently being built up with a nice Record Ti 10 speed setup. My first one just rides so nice and weighs only 19 1/2 pounds even though its got no C.F. on it. Athena 11 speed and Shamal Ultra wheels. That weight is with the saddle, pedals, 2 bottle cages, etc. The one being built now should easily be under 19 lbs with the help of some C.F. tubular wheels.

I had a Fuji police special bike I bought NOS. Still have the frame. Local cop suggested that I remove the POLICE stickers. I complied without argument.

Advertised as a 76 Schwinn Voyaguer II on Seattle CL couldin't make out much from enlarging the pics but at $100 seems a decent deal if you are a 25" frame rider

Rocky Mountain Sherpa 30, CDN $550

Rocky Mountain Sherpa 30 road bike, 55cm frame, CDN $550 @ Vancouver BC area, CraigsList.

These don't seem to come up for sale very often.

No indication of which year, but might be the earlier Reynolds 853 tubing.

I have a Rocky Mountain Sherpa touring/commuter bike for sale. In excellent condition. Just put over $200 in new parts on it and it’s ready for winter commuting, it is setup as a 1x9. With a brand new cranks, chainring, cassette, chain, bottom bracket and tune-up. This was originally built as a touring bike, with a steel frame and slightly more relaxed geometry it makes for excellent commuter as well. I believe it is somewhere in the 54cm or medium size range, I’m 5’9” and it could go up or down a few inches for a comparison.

Looking to get $550 obo for it, sorry no trades. Let me know what you think.

Way too small for me, otherwise I'd have it. It has been listed over and over for the last few months. I can't believe no one has scooped it up....

1973 Scwhinn World Voyager Kool Orange 10 speed 23" - $500 (Lowell)

I am selling a vintage 1973 Scwhinn World Voyager men's 10 speed in Kool Orange 23" frame pretty much all original minus saddle, tires and brake pads. The bike has all new cables, new brake pads, used but super comfy Brooks pro leather saddle, new chain, new tubes and new tires. The World Voyager model was made for I believe 2 years by Panasonic National in Japan only available in 3 colors with the Kool Orange being considered the rarer of the 3 because of the matching bar tape. This was my sunny day bike because I love the color so much but I can only keep and ride so many bikes. Sold for cash and pick up only. Please mention name, item, a phone number for a response all other emails or texts will be considered spam and will be ignored. Thanks

Little known brand name with a steep price tag. No surprises there. There's a giordana out my way for 425 but they weren't even sure what size it was until I asked, and it's too big.

I wonder if people just confuse these with the current Giordano bikes which are a whole different animal.

Ignore the braze-ons and it's a dead ringer for an early-70's PX10. I'd put money on that.

Then there is a button that says "Send Note". If you click it, the seller will be notified that there is no contact info. I clicked it and the seller will be notified that the ad has no contact info listed.

This is a little more confusing because there are multiple identical listings for this bike and none have any contact info. Hopefully the seller will update them all because I don;t know which ad is posted here.

I saw that button at the bottom. I didn't click it. I was going to be impulsive and buy that bike, but thought better of it when I went to send an email. "Saved by the button," if you will! I'd love to have that bike, but I'm saving for my tour this Spring.
