Sport brand saddle??
Saw this for sale
Stamp shows a cyclist leaning into it and the word (name?) "Sport" and the numbers "05".
No stamp or name plate on rear.
I know it's a rough old leather saddle and at first I assumed it was off an old Schwinn. I glanced over at a Schwinn seat I have and saw the Schwinn was labeled "Sprint", so doubting it was for a Schwinn. I googled Sport 05 saddles/seats and surprisingly only found one other and that was on the 'Bay but there was no info about that saddle, only a ridiculous price.
It looks like a cheaper knock-off of a Brooks and somehow I think French made??
Has anybody heard of the brand?

Yes, here is all of the little I know about those: they were made in Czechoslovakia, and came on Favorit bikes.
I had one come through my hands a few years ago; I did some minor repair on it and then I believe I passed it on to @Lascauxcaveman. Perhaps he can tell us whether it's any good.

There is a whole series of these with differing model numbers.
Had one come through which was similar to a Brooks 66 or 72 (it's been over forty years )
The better model F-A-V-O-R-I-T road racing cycles came with a saddle from this maker which roughly corresponded to a Brooks Pro or T & B 90.
Its orange painted nose piece makes it easy to spot.

The one you sold me is in better shape; not quite so splayed out, and it was a perfectly fine saddle once I laced it up, but the cheap leather shoelaces I used broke and I haven't gotten around to mending that yet. I put a couple hundred miles on it and like it just fine. Shaped about like a B17, only stiffer than the pretty, modern ones I have. I like stiffer.
