Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

broooooooooo.....
take that nifty size chart there, compare the lengths of the supplied "garment length" measurements to your own legs and decide which seems to be the right length for you.....

Long time lurker. Thanks for the deals, guys. Created an account just to pay it forward on a deal I spotted last night.

Competitive Cyclist has a smashing deal on some 3T stuff right now, but for me namely the Ergonova bars:

3T Ergonova Team carbon (red, not stealth) 38, 40, 42 for $162 https://www.competitivecyclist.com/3t...VsdHM6M1Q6MToy
3T Ergonova LTD(!) carbon 40, 42, 44 $200 https://www.competitivecyclist.com/3t...VsdHM6M1Q6MTox

Been watching these for a few weeks across the net, hadn't seen them so cheap.

Last edited by cgreenoh; 08-28-13 at 06:39 AM. Reason: Fixed price of team bar, was high by $3 :D Also, Ergonova. D'oh.

Going along with this, the Ergonova LTD is $240, just picked up a size 42. Cheapest I've seen them before was $200 at Arts when I got my last set. $240 still beats everything out there at the moment though.

Also, twinsix humpday sale...although, I have a pile of stuff in my basket right now and it's not coming up onsale:

Yea, I also meant Ergonova (and linked to the ergonova's, just oops'ed and said Ergosum (now fixed). First post fail. What I get for posting at 1AM.

The Ergonova LTD I linked to in 42 should be $200 at CS.

Thats weak! I actually bought the Ergonova Team at $200 a day and a half ago, emailed CS last night to see if they'll refund the difference. I'll let you know if they do it.

Big sale at www.theclymb.com today. w's jerseys for $15 and a ton of other stuff. It's their "warehouse" sale so bigger markdowns than usual. Sugoi and Pearl Izumi.

And if you use this link, I get a discount for the referral :-)

^ Thanks! Used your link and signed up. Nothing I want to buy immediately, though at those prices picking up a couple jerseys almost seems like a no brainer if I didn't have 3, 2 of which are almost new as it is. Just bought some of the PI leg warmers from the other post. Also picked up PI arm warmers a month ago for ~$9 on Amazon. Price varies with size and color for those.

the key is watching this thread and also subscribing to as many cycling sites as you can. They tend to send out deals through email so join the mailing list. Nashbar has sales all the time, performance, the clymb, voler, competitive cyclist, back country, be sure to check ebay for prices too....if you shop smart you can find great deals on cycling stuff....best wishes to you.

Sorry for the extra spam, can't PM yet. But wanted to FYI, CS refunded me the difference in the 3T Ergonova, but they said normally they will only do a store credit as part of their 60 day price guarantee (I didn't know they had that, either). Since I had literally just ordered it and it hadn't even shipped yet, they sent me the cash instead. So you should contact them and at least get your credit!
