Continental 5000 TL
Conti has become my brand over the yrs. Like the Pro One TL's... but the 5000 wears so much better. Pics.. of wear indicators. Worn rear
has ~2700+ compared to new one yet to mount.
Rear Conti 5000 ~ 2700 miles

I had similar wear on a set of tubeful GP5000s, but right at that point got flats from what appeared to be wire shards. Both (one on the rear first, later on the front) were polite slow leaks that I didn't even notice on the ride but the tire was flat the next day.
The rollingresistance.com review of the GP5000s said they are lower rolling resistance, better grip but don't fare as well as the GP4000s in puncture resistannce - that rings true in my experience. If I stick with them, I won't push the wear indicator dimples all the way.

Yep, my first pair of GP5000TLs (32mm) were at about 4500 miles when I replaced them. They had miles left in them, too. Not a single flat that didn’t seal itself. Judging by the Orange Seal boogers there were a couple dozen sealed punctures.
