Guessing if tubing is oversize or not from photos (Neuron or SL ?)

Hello fellow vintage lovers :-)

Just made a xmas present to myself with this frame on national classifieds.
Meanwhile I'm wondering about the tubing. The previous owner doesn't seem to know at all.
What would your guess be for this frame ?
To me, the very standard late 70es-80es type fork hints at standard Columbus SL type non-oversize.
But the main triangle looks kind of 1st-gen Oversize to me...
Also the chainstays seem pretty ovalized...
CTC height is said to be 53

What do you think ?

Looks oversized to me as well. Those are some chunkier tubes!

Thanks for your input !
Still a bit doubtful but hoping for some kind of OS like Neuron. I had really enjoyed the feel of the Look KG243 I once had for a few months (had to move and leave it behind unfortunately).

This one is a semi-pro or pro frame with badge holder (front). It was made on demand for a racing club.

The mouth of the oversized seatlug reminds me of the way the EL tubing meets on my Guerciotti.

Looks like center bulged or ovalized oversize main tubes to my eyes.

It's going to be difficult to determine the actual tubing material because of the shape modifications. Most likely not SL.

That is oversize, both tubing could come with ovalized chain stays but IIRC neuron OS DTs were 28.6 and EL OS DTs were 31.7 so a measurement might help.

I just finally received the frame and I'm an happy man.
Turns out it's my grail bike... oversize + Lugs... Nice paint, late 90es.

Thanks for your input everyone ! As it turns out, the diameter suggests EL-OS (31.7mm).
Far from the seller's best guess (SL !).
Here are some more pics.
I really love the contrast between the SL-looking fork and the OS tubes
