Bike Apparel - OT/OTT

Been looking for an additional parcel for my birthday, for the wife to give me. So I went to the local branch of Halfords, to get a new rain/wind/hi-vis jacket. Looked online, but needed to feel the quality.
In the store, two models faced me, both wearing such garments, one male, one female, life size, immovable, inanimate.
The price was on a label dangling from the neck of said models. so, being a man, I approached the male model to determine the price. And when I drew close, I had the irrational feeling of invading his space. Even moreso when I picked up the label. I forgot my reading specs, so i couldn't determine the price anyway, but (shrug) I just did it.
I was surprised at the manliness of the model, and not a little put off.
Well, you can kind of guess the rest. I looked around before approaching the female model. The label dangled between her breasts . . . "It" exuded femininity in copious quantities. . . . . .
Dammit, should I be even writing this stuff?!! So strange; never felt that before . . .

Odd...

Perhaps the new Mannequins are a bit more realistic than the old, and the extra ripples probably serve little purpose, but of course, magazine models also have a few extra curves.

I've started shopping at thrift stores a bit, where there is always the temptation to snag that one of a kind item off of the mannequin.

I used to work with a fellow who got kicked out of Fredericks of Hollywood for groping one of the mannequins.

Yes, literary skills should "pass" not "past" muster. But I'm just being an ass, at which I'm told I'm very good.
Personally, I like your post. And if you can't grope a mannequin in your neighborhood you should move.
My last weird shopping experience in a brick and mortar was at an UnderArmor outlet. An early Sunday afternoon and they were blasting hip hop with filthy lyrics. The staff was shouting to one another using many of the same obscenities. The store was full of people that had obviously just come from church. I left and I will never return.
