Grand Central Bakery

This place has locations around Seattle and Portland. I need to sing their praise.

I broke a rib. It's hard to get around. Opening doors is difficult and painful. Grand Central has been bringing me a latte and pastry every morning, to my front door, to make life a little easier (and sweeter). They're not even charging me.

The coffee and food are excellent, but the people are absolutely incredible.

Interesting. There's one right by my work, but I just assumed due to the name that it was a chain from the east coast. I'll be sure to check it out!

Get well soon! What happened, did you break it cycling, climbing, or something else?

They were started in '72.

None on Eastside or just south of Portland - my 2 locations.

Thanks for a good heads up tho.
We need more of that.
