G'day, I have not seen a 26er Slide fork? I have not ridden another suspension fork or used these a long time. I went with them for there price and excellent reviews claiming there as good as forks double the price like Fox's.
I like them, lots of adjustment, lots of control riding, excellent feel, nothing I don't like. They did come out of the box with max air in them I had to let out.

I'll add they have no stickyness what so ever in there slide action just totally smooth. Choose the correct travel fork while buying because changing later while is possible is a big hassle as you need to totally dismantle the fork and I believe you need a special tool for the job.

Traded for this Raleigh Hardtail and converted it to a single speed. It's my first MTB and I'm having a ton of fun with it. I might be taking it to some more technical trails today. Plans include possibly a higher ratio & clipless. Plus, I'd like a nicer crankset so I can drop the inner/outer gears.

I'm not a big fan of empty looking china frames. I bought it for little $ I'm actually regret not buying a FS VooDoo Canzo that was on sale at the time for $600. A lot more than this frame but now there asking $1100 Make that now $1200

TransAM, turned SS. This is the bike ridden the least in my stable, but it's been dumping rain all day, so playing with it in the garage resulted in this.

unfortunately city life has made riding harder, I installed the new fork last year and only have about 8 miles on it in the mean time I also posted my city bike.
