Rims for $100 or less

Could someone please recommend me the strongest rear wheel rim that I can buy for $100 or less. I don't care how heavy it is I just need it to be very strong...cheaper and strong is better. Thanks in advance.

spokes = 20 cdn
build = 20 usually
So you are looking for a 60$ rim? I assume cdn?

Yes so the rim and spokes together cost about $100 unless there are some good ones for cheaper.
