Shorter reach: 80-100mm but may be able to go up to 110mm

26.4? I presume you meant something else. 26.4 mm is a seat post size.

Nope, Cinelli made their older stuff in 26.4 They later went to 26.0 like everyone else (before 31.8)

Ah, thanks. I was thinking of quill diameter, and not clamp size. Never mind.
