Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Sure, but steady gap widening does not describe what's happening now. Since the pandemic, the gap (if there actually was one before, not clear) opened up to a gaping maw:

I hope it's all easily removed.

I'm thinking positive for Mrs DougRNS. Hopefully it was caught early, and is gone easily.

Great call on the fosters.

I feel like I brought a depressing note to Addiction.

So on to a more substantive topic:
Having not looked at this overall site in several years, how come no one has removed the quotes from "those" who served in the sticky thread? Does nonsense grammar need a shrine?

Truth be told, I reset it.

I'm assuming you're still rooting for the Cowboys? I got the wife a Micah Parsons Jersey for Christmas, and she was tickled (though I was told tonight that DeMarco Lawrence would have been a better choice).

30 year term mortgages were just normal when I got my first one. Here in paradise we have a tendency to fix the interest rate for between 1 -3year and then refix. rinse and repeat. I still didn't think that I'd ever get interest under 3% when I took mine out. Of course I took the opportunity to fix mine for three years when it dropped that low. I should have fixed the interest rate for longer but I was unsure if I was keeping the house or moving to one with less gardens and fruit trees. And because I'm a terrific spender and poor saver I took the opportunity when the interest rates were low to increase my mortgage repayment amount to a couple of $100 per fortnight above the minimum repayments required. I think of it an enforced savings.
The whole term. Hence, "fixed"

Nope. Blue. But it is built up with Dura Ace EX (7200).

Begs the question - if she killed you now would she be recognized as a hero?
