People witnessed it and no one tried to get a plate number? Jeesh...

I can understand why though. A few years back I witnessed a car turn into our oncoming traffic and get hit. The truck in front of me swerved to miss the car and I had to get on the brakes too. The truck kept going and I called 911, and checked on the people in the cars. Several months later, I got subpoenaed and had to drive 40+ miles round trip from my contractor job to give testimony while losing a couple hours of pay. All for doing the right thing.

I cannot see the video, but there is a photo of the back of the truck. Looks like a plate is visible above the hitch. Can they not enhance the image?

Another issue is for whatever reason it took the police a month to get this video out to the public.

With the video, and a physical description of the driver, I don't understand why he has not been located yet.

Kansas plates, driver was gone from the state a day later. Hard for NE law enforcement to find a Kansas SUV over state lines.

White man in his 50s with a beard driving an SUV...that is half the population of Kansas.
