Rims are pretty generic, but they have different features you need to define if you are replacing them. A 26" rim fits a 26" tire, and come in varying widths. So you need the width of your old one for a guide.
If it is the front rim, cheaper to buy a new wheel. Whether you buy the wheel or the rim, be aware that you have to buy one that works with the rim brakes on your e-bike. Also know that unpowered front wheels are usually 32 holes, so you need to count the spokes on the front wheel if you just buy the rim. Then you need new spokes because the old ones may not be the same. So it's just cheaper to buy a pre-built 26" front wheel.
For the rear motor rim, that will likely be a 36 spoke rim. Buy a double wall rim with the same number of spoke holes and have a shop put in the motor with new spokes. Again, it needs to have rim brake capability. Should be a double wall rim because that's stronger. It will not be cheap. In US, maybe $75-100 labor and $50-75 for parts if you find a shop not scared of ebikes.
