Gearing for flat terrain

Nevermind .. I just answered my own question. by reading similar posts..
I have a kestrel road bike with a 9 speed dura ace drivetrain..
I don't have to climb hills down here in New Orleans. I was wondering
which gearing would get me a faster top speed.. I'm kind of a noob..
thanks for any help..
Dwight
