Bianchi Sport Year?? Identification Help Appreciated

I recently rescued this road bike from a scrap metal pile. Any idea what year it may be? Would it be worth investing a little bit of cash into it, or is it a fairly common (read: low end) setup?
Any info would be truly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Here is the info I could gather on the components:
Sakae SR Cranks
Shimano Brakes/Levers
Shimano Gear Set/Shift Levers
Tange 900 Cr-Mo Frame
Tange Mangaloy Fork

Unfortunately, I can't post a pic due to being a new user. Thanks, again.

What condition is it in ? Shiny, rusty, in between ?

What model of Shimano ? Beat up/scratched ?

Date of Manufacture of Bicycle Components can be used to date a bike: component dating Check the date codes with the ones in the link. If they seem to match up date-wise, they're probably original to the bike and give a good idea of the bike's age.
