What's REALLY funny is that the dude riding it is wearing our team kit. The shop I work for (for another 10 days) was, until March of 08, The Bike Wave. I have that same kit here at home. I think I'll be too ashamed to wear it in public now.
Just saw who the founder/owner is. He was on our team at one point. LOL!

That guy is an idiot riding a "Track" footbike on the road, probably breakless too. Things kids do for fashion now days are a travesty. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that is a vintage di Masa with the braze-ons filed off. If you are going to ride on the road, use a footbike designed for the road like this one:

Having just broken my chain on a ride (my fault, I installed the master link wrong. Yes, I am an idiot) and having to scooter back 3 miles, I feel some sympathy for anyone caught dead on one of those.

I think it requires pulling via a Segway for maximum coolness.
You know its crap when the non-athletic donut eater that sits across from me looked at it a jortled between bites...I think he actually blew a powdered donut ring into the air while laughing too. Roger that, powdered sugar nuclear cloud imminent.

That Magic Wheel thing isn't a bad idea in theory. Kinda solves one problem skateboards have of losing speed quickly, the bigger diameter wheel maintains speed better and can reach higher speeds easier. Too bad it looks ridiculous.

If only there was some sort of skateboard, that was longer, and had larger wheels with better quality bearings... they could call it a longboard.
